Terms and Conditions of Sale – Reseller Shop Europe

Online sales through resellershopeurope.com are considered distance sales and are therefore not subject to mandatory invoicing under art. 22 of DPR 633/1972, nor to mandatory fiscal receipts under art. 2, lett. oo), DPR 21 December 1996, n. 696.

1. Definitions

Online sales contract: a distance contract concerning tangible movable goods offered on Reseller Shop Europe, concluded between the Supplier and the Buyer.

Buyer: the individual purchasing for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity.

Reseller Shop Europe: the brand and website promoting the sale of the goods.

Supplier/Seller: the company responsible for selling the goods under the contract.

2. Identification and obligations of the parties

Supplier: the goods offered on Reseller Shop Europe are sold by the company indicated in the official site contacts.

Buyer: declares to purchase as a consumer and agrees not to resell products for commercial purposes.

3. Subject and conclusion of the contract

The tangible goods on Reseller Shop Europe constitute a public offer pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code.

The contract is concluded exclusively online by completing and submitting the order form and receiving confirmation via email from the Supplier.

4. Payment methods and refunds

Accepted payment methods:

Cash on delivery
Bank transfer
PayPal
Credit cards (data managed directly by banks)

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from confirmation of the right, using the same payment method.

5. Delivery times and methods

Delivery is carried out via specialized couriers with appropriate packaging.

Delivery time: typically 24–48 hours, but no later than 30 days from contract conclusion.

Any delays will be communicated promptly via email.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are clearly indicated in the cart at checkout.

For extra-EU deliveries, any customs duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Product availability

In case of total or partial unavailability of an ordered product, the Supplier will notify the Buyer by email and offer a replacement or full refund.

8. Liability limitations

The Supplier is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure or Internet malfunctions. In such cases, the Buyer is entitled solely to a refund of amounts paid.

9. Legal warranty

All products sold on Reseller Shop Europe are covered by the 24-month statutory warranty provided by the Consumer Code (arts. 128–135).

The Buyer must report defects within 2 months of discovery to info@resellershopeurope.com.

10. Buyer obligations

Pay the agreed price within the specified deadlines.
Provide accurate shipping information and keep the order confirmation.

11. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without penalties.

Products must be returned intact in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.

12. Product exchange

The Buyer may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility. Reseller Shop Europe may request photographic evidence of the product’s condition.

13. Personal data processing

Reseller Shop Europe complies with GDPR. Data will be used solely for purposes related to the order. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the Buyer’s residence.

16. Duration and validity

Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms. Any changes apply only to future orders published on the website.
